Her practice seeks to visualise the invisible parts of human experience, such as spirituality, mental health, family bonds, dreams, and societal fears. By picturing what can’t be seen, she unveils the common narratives that shape us – as individuals and as communities – and questions the uncanny nature of our contemporary realities.
She graduated with a bachelors degree in Photography from the University of Brighton in 2016, and graduates from MA Photography at UWE in 2025.
Dulcie is co-founder of Make Hay While The Sun Shines, an artist network, running monthly Creative Storm events which facilitate peer to peer feedback for emerging photographers, as well as presenting work at book fairs and in exhibitions.
